With over 25 years of experience, Bonnie Bradbury started her dental career with a BS in Dental Hygiene from University of Southern California. Since then, she has become a recognized authority in dental practice management. Her unique blend of background in areas such as marketing, clinical practice, business management and implementing systems is a perfect fit to work with both the Doctor and team to reach their highest potential.

For the past five years, she has been an Executive Coach with Fortune Management. Bonnie coaches teams on tools and strategies for all aspects of the practice, including exceptional communication, scheduling for increased production, financial policies, building a strong hygiene department, and accountability. She believes the biggest challenge for Doctors and their teams is to implement the practice vision and goals. As a coach, she becomes the link between the two and supports the Doctor in making the vision a reality.
