Debbie brings over 32 years of clinical and management experience to Fortune Management. Debbie is able to offer real-world solutions in part because of her extensive office management experience. She is dedicated to a Vision-based strategic planning that creates a strong, supportive work environment and that truly embraces the vision of the company.

A native San Franciscan now makes Walnut Creek her home along with her husband and five sons. Raising a large family and balancing a career has helped her to be efficient and organized which comes through in her work. A passion for client relations and a vision to see offices evolve is the driving force behind her commitment.

Debbie is the co-founder of Clinical Solutions which specializes in complete practice solutions. During her career a focus on dental practices brought opportunities to speak at many organizations including UCSF Dental School and twice for the California Dental Association Convention.

Some of Debbie's professional activities include, College of San Mateo, San Francisco City College, Bryman College, Safety and OSHA Compliance, Team Building, Communication, Emergency Plan Coordinator, Pride Institute, Fortune Management, LVI, Executive Coach Training. Debbie is currently working on her MBA in Organizational Behavior.
