In addition to the extensive leadership training Eric has received through Fortune
Management, he has completed his Coaching Certification through the
acclaimed Coaches Training Institute (CTI). CTI is the industry leader in
personal and executive coaching in which Eric learned the powerful difference
between coaching and consulting. Eric's extensive coaching background allows
him to work side by side with his clients, in their own unique way, to obtain
exactly what they need and desire.

In his free time Eric enjoys family time with his wife and daughter, is an avid
cyclist and outdoor enthusiast, and enjoys international travel. In addition to his
coaching credential, he possesses a BA in Communications, a MS in Counseling,
and various leadership credentials. With his commitment to lifelong learning,
Eric's career mission has always been to provide exceptional service through clear
communication, authentic relationships, and by providing strong management
and visionary leadership skills. He has found his true calling as a coach and
