Laura’s business coaching is designed to empower her clients and their teams with the focus, training, and accountability they need to achieve consistent and sustainable results. A senior executive coach, partner in the parent company, National Director of Veterinary, and on the Board of Directors for Fortune Management, Laura entered business coaching in 1996, following a very successful career in the dental field for over 14 years working clinical and administrative. Among the skills she mastered are leadership, accountability, structure, enhancing communication, and creating the spirit of hospitality that will create raving fans in your office.

An avid proponent of Fortune Management’s integrated, hands-on approach, Aimée is passionate about personal and professional growth. Dedicated to helping her clients achieve their highest potential, Aimée brings a bright and creative mind to the task, coaching with the highest level of professionalism. Aimée’s talents in sales and consulting combined with her extensive technical expertise contribute unique qualifications to her coaching role. She brings over 20 years of business experience, spanning from research functions as a Clinical Trials Coordinator, to her advisory role as a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), to managing hundreds of dental accounts as a sales representative for Patterson Dental.

Compassionate, knowledgeable, and innovative, Mila Givens has been a dental practice management business professional for over 30 years. She began her career in dentistry as an administrator for a specialty dental laboratory in 1986. There she was inspired and mentored by some of the leading dentists and prosthodontists of San Francisco: the dental entrepreneurs of the era. After a decade in the laboratory SF, she went on to manage group dental practices as an independent dental consultant. Well versed in business strategy, the mechanics of practice management, and dental technology, she spent her last 14 years as a COO and vested partner in private group practices.
