For more than three decades, Laura A. Boone has dedicated her career to coaching Dentists and Veterinarians. She has built her brand based on one principle strategy: C.A.N.I!–Constant and Never-ending Improvement. Laura's Business Coaching is designed to empower her clients and their staff with the focus, training and accountability they need to achieve consistent results.

A Senior Executive Coach and CEO of the California Veterinary Franchise of Fortune Management, Laura entered Business Coaching in 1996, following a successful career in management and dental assisting for over 14 years. Among the skills she mastered are office leadership and responsibility, staff structure, completely revamping staff communications and new patient marketing that works.

"I truly believe having this background sets me apart," said Laura. "I come from an office background and pride myself on serving as a client and staff advocate. I innately understand the intricate workings of the practices with which I work. My clients know and appreciate that when they partner with me, they enjoy a very hands-on coaching program. I immerse myself within the practice; get to know the individual personalities and really get into the heart of the business, ultimately providing support and tangible steps to support my clients. My goal is to inspire, build a client's business, help them thrive, and help them lead an extraordinary life."

Self-described as a lifelong learner, Laura continues to grow her expertise through ongoing education and training. Laura earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and her Master's in Business. Continued success lies in the expertise Laura has gained through the renowned curriculum training through AsOne Coaching Advanced Sessions, Robbins Research, Katherine Eitel Executive Train the Trainer courses, Landmark Education Full Curriculum and Leadership Series, Guest Speaker for the AAGD, CDA, and on the speaking circuit for CVMA, SCVMA, Intervet Schering-Plough for California/Northwest and Dale Carnegie Programs. She is also a prior member of the AADMC; her work has been published in dental and veterinary journals and she has lectured at Study Clubs all over the country.

In her spare time, Laura communicates with and visits her son who is currently in the military. She also enjoys exercise, tennis and spending time with her family and friends.
