Dr. Ralph and Cherie Berk team up to inspire dentists to reach their ultimate goals and become the best they can possibly be. Having built and sold several offices over the past thirty years, they are excited to share their practice success with others. Their demonstrated commitment to the highest standards of patient care and ethics combine with the Fortune Management Systems, to provide exceptional organization, vision building, effective time management and attention to detail that every practice deserves. They currently have a thriving Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic Practice in New City, New York.

Dr. Berk is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He received his dental degree from Columbia University and continued on to obtain his specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry and dentistry for children with special needs. Over the years, Dr. Berk expanded his clinical expertise in orthodontics, integrating the two specialties to give his patients healthy, beautiful smiles. He is retired from chair side dentistry but continues to coach his team members and new associates. With over thirty years of hands-on experience, his enthusiasm for dentistry and mastery of life balance is what drives him to help others.

Cherie Berk received her BA from Stony Brook University and obtained her Masters as a Reading Specialist from Lehman College. She spent many years teaching elementary and middle school students as well as coaching teachers in the surrounding school districts. Cherie has conducted seminars across the Northeast on education's best practices. Her passion to inspire a love for learning and renewed love for the art is what drives her. As an Executive Coach, she can leverage her education experience to help build a learning organization, one that continually strives for professional and personal improvement.

Cherie and Ralph have known each other for over forty years. They have two married children and two young grandchildren. Their outside interests include boating, golfing, and traveling around the world.
