Dr. Schwartz completed a life-long goal when he graduated from Temple University Dental School in 1978. For over 30 years Dr. Schwartz has enjoyed and continues to enjoy helping patients while continuing to learn, grow, and become the best dentist and coach he can be.
As a practice owner and innovator, Dr. Schwartz wrote his own dental software long before these products were commercially available. Data based decision making sparked further interest in adding more management and marketing techniques to his practice. He was soon producing more in three days than he had in four, and new patient volume tripled. In addition to business improving, Dr. Schwartz found life improving for himself and his staff. A staff member even came to him once and said, “I don’t get it. How come we’re doing more dentistry and it’s easier?”
A natural teacher, Dr. Schwartz first taught dental assisting, and helped the school get ADA accreditation for their program. He later joined the faculty of Temple University Dental School as a part time instructor, and continues helping students by presenting lectures on Practice Management.
Over the years, Dr. Schwartz has been invited to work in a variety of dental offices, from medical assistance to elite “spa” practices. This valuable diversity of experience allows him to identify attributes that are lacking in any practice. Disorganization, needless stress, lost income and increasing leadership are all areas where a proficient coach will make a significant difference. Dr. Schwartz is singularly qualified to coach doctors to improve every aspect of their practice and achieve their dreams. He is proud to be a Fortune Practice Management coach and bring their unique program to the Philadelphia area.
