Dr. Krishingner grew up in a large family, living in a small town. He values personal relationships above all else. His choice to become a practicing general dentist was the result of careful, painstaking planning and commitment. He understands what it takes to become a dentist and to practice this wonderful profession in an empowering manner.
As a young man, Dr. Krishingner, learned to appreciate nature, music, acting, and poetry. He was drawn to health care by observing his father practice general surgery. Dentistry offered the natural combination of art and science, with the critical component of human interaction.
Dr. Krishingner considers it a privilege to have attended and graduated UNC, Chapel Hill. He earned his DDS in May of 1994 and immediately purchased his first dental practice one month later. Over the next 24 years, he guided a three-employee practice, producing around $200K a year, to grow into a group practice employing over twenty employees who produce over $3.2M average as a team.
This growth was achieved in a small town, with a population under 8,000. Our fees are positioned at the 50th percentile while we provide a very broad scope of comprehensive dental care and compensate our team in the 95th percentile for our region. No tricks. No gimmicks.
Throughout his career as a general dentist, Dr. Krishingner continues to learn and grow with the dental profession. He is certified with the use of dental lasers and he has certified with Cerec; integrating this technology into his dental practice. Additionally, Dr. Krishingner has reached diplomat status with the International Dental Implant Association. His practice has developed a productive and ethical periodontal therapy and surgery program, become proficient in endodontic therapies as well as orthodontic therapies.
Lastly, Dr Krishingner has discovered the power of Fortune Practice Management. Dental practice coaching and team-building has been the missing link between fighting to succeed and thriving as a team. Dr. Krishingner has found this training be transformational. His personal life and his practice teammates have found true momentum and inspiration utilizing the methods taught by Fortune Practice Management.
Dr Krishingner is so passionate about this aspect of his professional growth he has determined to help others find this immeasurably beneficial process by becoming a certified dental practice coach.
