Jaclyn Brown has over 10 years’ experience in the veterinary field as a clinical technician and management. In 2013, she obtained her RVT license in California to continue her passion to be “hands on” with her patients and take a stand for quality medicine and excellent patient care.
Throughout her career as a technician, she showed a natural ability to be a strong team leader. This led her to embrace the opportunity to lead teams to be their very best. Jaclyn led a successful team of 3 doctors with multiple locations. She was instrumental in training, implementing high standard protocols, HR, AAHA accreditation, team building, and strengthening the culture, which led to year over year growth and profitability. Much of her training was through Fortune Management’s coaching, bringing her the skills and tools to use
every day in her professional and personal life.
Jaclyn has a strong background in leadership, team building and a knack for targeting team members’ strengths to build them up to their full potential. She believes that a financially healthy practice starts with a healthy workplace culture.
Jaclyn lives in Sonoma with her husband, 3 dogs (Milo, Oliver and Lola), 4 cats and two rats (Cheddar and Colby). She enjoys camping in the surrounding mountains or sailing in the bay.
