As an Executive Coach with Fortune Management Joanne brings nearly 20 years corporate experience within international companies in the Wine & Spirits Industry – from those that were family owned for generations to large publicly traded companies. As a Corporate Director she managed many teams; her expertise is in the areas of Sales and Marketing; and she has been responsible for P&L budgets in excess of $38 million dollars. As business landscapes changed, she became proficient in predictive data and analytics. She earned her MBA, from Penn State University and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
Joanne Newborn uses a blend of Eastern & Western Methodologies in her coaching practice - combing hardcore Business Strategy with Jungian Theory and Eastern Philosophy. She focuses on the importance of client relationships and workplace teamwork - discovering individual strengths within a team and maximizing them to serve the complete vision of a business. She also works with finding hidden “gifts” in the unconscious mind, driving teams to be as dynamic (and profitable) as possible.
Joanne became a Certified Leadership Coach in 2018 and began her own passion project working with professionals and entrepreneurs. One of her biggest discoveries is that most people struggle to enjoy a healthy work / life balance. She is a specialist at finding the barriers that inhibit individuals from living life to fullest and works with them to design solid action plans that create a desired balance.
She is a published writer on the topics of Leadership and Mastering the Mind and teaches lessons on Leadership in her weekly video series, “Leadership Dolce: Sweet Morsels of Wisdom”. In her personal time, Joanne enjoys international travel, is a foodie and a tiny bit of a wine snob. You can often find her at the gym practicing yoga, Pilates, dance & barre classes. She continues to deep dive into her own mind, through having her own coaches, and taking courses in Jungian Psychology, Eastern Philosophy and Growth Mindset Methods. She loves to learn and grow, and if you are curious she might tell you about her former life as an actress, hand model and stand-up comedian. She is grateful for nearly everything.
