Monica Murray, RDH, MBA

A licensed Hygienist, Executive Coach, and Managing Partner for Fortune Management, Monica coaches teams on implementing tools and strategies, customized to meet the individual needs of YOUR dental business. Also a former client of Fortune, she testifies to the success and crucial role each member of the team contributes to building a strong relationship with patients… by being EXTRAORDINARY. She has mastered and educates on leadership, accountability, structure, enhancing communication, and creating the spirit of hospitality that will create raving fans in your business.

Self-described as a lifelong learner, Monica continues to grow her expertise through ongoing education and training. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene and Education, and her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Her continued education curriculum consists of Heroic Public Speaking (A Lister Courses with Michael and Amy Port), is a member of Toast Masters and involved in the National Speakers Association (NSA), trains Coaches on the business of coaching and topics such as “Train the Trainer”, is a published author, and continues her clinical practice in Utah, by volunteering with the Northern Component of the Utah Dental Hygiene Association and the local Humane Society.

Outside of her career aspirations, Monica is committed to a healthy lifestyle with hikes, mountain biking, recreational Pickleball, water/snow recreation, and staying active with her family and rescued pup. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, traveling, and inspiring others to BE the best version of themselves.
