Nichole’s coaching roots can also be traced back to nearly a decade of teaching experience in a reputable Dental Assisting Program, as well as a commitment to her own education, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Masters of Arts in Management, with an emphasis in Leadership.

Nichole went on to add another layer to connect with clients through her credentialing as a nationally certified life coach, partnering with them to work towards their personal and professional aspirations and desires. Her Life Coach certification enhances and complements the many ways she is able to assist clients.

Together, these experiences have guided Nichole to her calling dental practice coaching, working with doctors and teams in all areas of Practice Management and life. Those who work with Nichole quickly recognize her own entrepreneurial spirit, and relish her involvement in growing their business. She thrives on relationship building and connecting with people, while striving to value every experience.

When not guiding offices to succeed, Nichole enjoys traveling, wine tasting, baking, and spending time with her daughter Emily, her husband Brian, and their two dogs, Ollie and Bindi.
