As a result of his leadership development work, Jeff Rutland has had the greatest privilege. With the talents given to him, over the last 20 years, Jeff has coached and trained many wonderful leaders and leadership teams. He has experienced the deepest joy in seeing them move up in their own potential. Their growth directly fuels Jeff's joy because of the mission he lives by: “I am a giver. I give so that you may grow and know true success.”
Jeff has enjoyed a great marriage of more than 30 years to Rita, and they have two grown children, Zachary and Reagan. Because Jeff believes that travel to diverse cultures is a great learning experience, he has traveled to Armenia, Germany, Washington D.C., New York and San Francisco. Jeff and his family love traveling and playing together, and their number one family vacation is snow skiing in Colorado.
Jeff has trained and coached executives, high potential leaders and teams in 16 nations and 38 U.S. states in groups of 3-2000, teams and in 1:1 sessions for more than 20 years. He completed his professional coach certification with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). He earned a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Ole Miss.
Jeff holds certifications or expertise in: Certified Professional Coach (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), Team and Leadership Off-Site Facilitation, Genos Emotional Intelligence, Energy Leadership Coaching, Outward Mindset, Inside/Out Coaching, and Belbin Team Roles. Jeff also authored "Why Training Doesn’t Work".
