Carrie Cahill partners with motivated business owners and their teams to develop and refine their communication, intention, and focus. With more than 15 years as a Human Resource Business Partner, she has lead a variety of strategic HR initiatives ranging from an aggressive talent acquisition initiative for the Research and Development team to executing an organizational transformation strategy of the commercial business. Her diverse career path gives her a unique perspective. In both of her last two companies, she was nominated to participate in accelerated leadership programs. Opportunities which built her business acumen and broadened her professional insight.
