Marla Tillery comes to Fortune Management with over thirty-two years of clinical and business expertise. She has had the unique opportunity to learn the business of dentistry from many different perspectives, working in a wide variety of roles in the dental practice including: Registered Dental Assistant, Oral Surgery Assistant, Registered Dental Hygienist, Practice Manager, and Practice Consultant. After years of working as a Registered Dental Hygienist caring for her patients, it became necessary for her to step into a management role in the practice. During her time in office management, she helped the practice grow from a yearly production of $360,000 to over $2,000,000. The owner of the practice delegated all duties related to managing and running the business to her which gave her a clear understanding of the challenges and pressures that dentists experience daily in their own practices.
