Meet Ragan Hartman

As an Executive Coach, and the owner and President of Fortune Management of Tennessee and Fortune Management of Alabama, Ragan Hartman brings over 17 years of leadership experience to the healthcare industry. For the past seventeen years, Ms. Hartman has dedicated herself to identifying and studying the distinctions in outstanding practice management and leadership, and sharing with doctors how to specifically transform their practices into team oriented, low-stress, highly profitable businesses. By supporting teams in creating a culture of accountability and follow through, and then implementing proven systems to enhance efficiency and overall productivity, her clients have seen impressive growth while reducing stress and increasing overall job satisfaction.

Ms. Hartman has delivered hundreds of seminars, workshops, and training programs helping doctors and their teams transform both their personal and professional lives. She has lectured at Meharry Dental School in Nashville, TN, the University of Kentucky Dental School in Lexington, KY, as well as countless others. Her youthful zest and unique insight into human behavior have made her one of the most sought after coaches in the industry today.

In addition to her extensive and continual self-study, Ms. Hartman is a member of the American Academy of Dental Management Consultants, The Dental Speakers Bureau, The Directory of Dental Speakers, the National Committee for Freedom Day USA, and serves on the Board of Directors for two other companies.

When she isn’t working or serving one of her many passions, she enjoys reading, watersports, snow skiing, singing, traveling, and enjoying time with her family. Ms. Hartman lives in Tullahoma, TN with her husband, Chris, and their children, Chase and Kensley.
