With over 25 years of dental industry experience, Andi Moore brings a wealth of expertise—and a whole lot of enthusiasm—to both teams and leadership. Starting as Director of Operations and advancing to Vice President roles in the DSO space, Andi’s leadership journey has been nothing short of dynamic. After moving from the Midwest to sunny Southern California in 2000, her career skyrocketed, and in 2015 she was awarded Team Leader of The Year by an elite New York-based dental management group.
Andi is committed to helping practices achieve top-line profitability while coaching teams to bring their A-game every single day. Her coaching style combines proven strategies with a fun, engaging approach, covering essential leadership skills like growth mindset, accountability, overcoming challenges, and true team synergy. She’s known for her knack for helping doctors and teams align with a practice’s vision, mission, and core values—and she makes the journey enjoyable, too!

When she’s not inspiring teams and leaders, Andi loves yoga, hiking, and personal development. She’s also a beach enthusiast and adores spending time in tropical destinations with her teenage daughter, Alexandrea, soaking up the sun and good vibes.
