She’s also invested in her personal growth, having completed Tony Robbins’ UPW and Advanced Leadership programs, Landmark Forum’s Advanced Leadership course, and recently joined the Mastery Program at Aligned Being.

When she’s not inspiring teams and leaders, Andi loves yoga, hiking, and personal development. She’s also a beach enthusiast and adores spending time in tropical destinations with her teenage daughter, Alexandrea, soaking up the sun and good vibes.
