Dr. Sapna P. Chandra, DMD, brings a deep respect for the profession of dentistry and a personal understanding of the successes and challenges that come with running a private practice.
For over 20 years, Dr. Chandra owned practices that reflected her values and served the community. Along the way, she developed a passion for leadership, team development, and the kind of business strategies that help great dentists succeed on their own terms. She has witnessed first hand how creating an aligned and engaged team will take a practice to levels of success they never envisioned.
Dr. Chandra obtained a B.S. in Psychology with Honors at the University of Florida. She continued to procure her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. She moved to North Carolina, where she created a startup practice that grew to nearly 2000 patients before moving to the west coast. There, she purchased a smaller practice which experienced a four fold revenue increase under her ownership in less than 5 years. She attributes the success of these practices to lessons she learned over the years, as well as a strong team culture with great communication and systems in place.
Throughout her career, she has had a passion for continuous growth, embodying the CANI philosophy. This includes professional as well as personal growth. She takes great joy in improving practices as well as the lives of those she coaches.
Dr. Chandra is excited to be in the Scottsdale/Greater Phoenix area. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and dog Reese, as well as hiking, traveling, listening to music, and reading.
