Dr. Adler has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years, and has been working with Fortune Management his entire career. He believes in continuous learning for a lifetime, and has taken countless hours of continuing education and has acted as Visiting Faculty at Spear Education. His great passion is to help others be their absolute best, and believes in constant, never ending improvement. In leading Fortune Management’s Clinical Mastery, his goal is to help dentists take their clinical practices to the next level of clinical excellence. He has a way of connecting with people that puts people at ease, and builds confidence. His leadership style is based on trust while building a highly effective clinical team in order to achieve maximum potential.
Dr. Adler knows very well of the challenges and the opportunities that dentists have in today’s clinical practice. Dr. Adler believes in starting with a sound clinical foundation while, simultaneously, building confidence in your clinical skills is the key to creating the clinical practice of your dreams. Clinical Mastery has created the Five Pillars of Clinical Mastery - Diagnosis, Treatment Planning, Enrollment, Execution and Leadership. This is the backbone of Clinical Mastery and Dr. Adler has been refining these pillars throughout his career. He has found that this process of refinement is critical to a long term successful clinical practice.
Dr. Adler received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from Tufts University. Following his graduation, his studies continued doing a general practice residency at the Denver Veteran’s Administration Medical Center. Since 2002, Dr. Adler has created a successful private practice, loves to teach, and looks forward to sharing his clinical pearls. In his spare time, he loves spending time outdoors with his wife, Sarah, and son, Ben.
