Prior to launching his own coaching practice and later joining the Fortune team, Len spent much of his career advising executives of major corporations on strategic and financial initiatives and acquired extensive consulting, operational, and entrepreneurial experience within the commercial real estate, financial services, nonprofit and education sectors. Len has substantial project and team management experience and has been responsible for the development and implementation of training programs designed for both colleagues and clients.

A lifelong learner who is intentional about continuous improvement, Len holds an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Strategy. He is a Certified Business Coach and Certified Professional Coach through World Coach Institute as well as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Gallup-Trained BP10 coach. He is also currently working towards certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Len and his wife Bobbi, who is a professional photographer, reside in the greater Los Angeles area along with their son. An active family, they enjoy hiking, swimming, cycling, and travel adventures together.
