Rob has a passion for taking the complex and arriving at a simple solution that everyone can understand. As a former pharmaceutical executive of a Global-500 company, he has coached teams to achieve outstanding results in business planning and execution.

Rob earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The U.S. Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University’s Meinders School of Business. He is highly trained in systems, business processes, leadership, and accountability to get the job done! Having served as a combat arms officer in the US Army, Rob is devoted to helping fellow veterans in the north Texas community and is an active leader of veteran non-profit and networking groups.

Rob’s key skills include but are not limited to:
*Brand Launch Excellence - Helping doctors and teams devise & execute new and repurposed MISSION STATEMENT-BASED plans. This involves designing new marketing initiatives and applying downstream analytics to insure success around building or rebuilding the dental practice’s brand.  
*Strengths-based Teaming  - Assisting the doctor and/or team leader in assessing and refining his/her approach to managing the team dynamic. This approach enables the team to realize their fullest potential based on team members’ individual strengths and produces a force-multiplier effect. 
*Targeted Selection Hiring - Assisting the doctor hiring manager in developing advanced tools and practices to hire top talent. This model calls for vetting and hiring “results-proven” candidates that will diversify and strengthen the practice. 
*Achieving Results - Impacting results by applying direct system metrics and KPIs, developing doctors to CEO acuity with maximum leadership impact. Refining the culture of dental teams via success strategies achieved through laser focused targeted goals.
