Originally from Georgia, Brooke graduated from Valdosta State University with her Associates in Dental Hygiene and received her Bachelor's Degree through the University of North Carolina. Brooke has been in the dental field for over 10 years and has worn many hats as an administrative leader, assistant, hygiene team leader, dental hygienist, and currently as an Executive Coach with Hygiene Mastery. She is passionate and dedicated to her career and dentistry as a whole. Having the ability to extend her knowledge, compassion, and expertise in the field empowers dental teams across the country.
Brooke’s business coaching focuses heavily on communication, accountability, leadership, and teamwork. She can personally testify to the critical role each team member plays in building strong relationships with each and every patient.  In addition to her clinical and coaching background, Brooke is results-driven, innovative, and ready to take on any challenge that comes her way.
Outside of her career aspirations, Brooke enjoys doing anything that involves being outdoors and spending quality time with loved ones. She and her husband, Matt, reside in Chattanooga, TN with their three dogs, Macie, Ella, and Hammer.
