Debbie spent the better part of 30 years managing Dental Practices where she applied the approach of treating each practice as it were her own. With focus on 5 star service she enabled the various Dental practices to achieve growth and constant focus on optimal patient care. During the early stages of her career she was introduced to Fortune where she took note to the Fortune culture and applied her knowledge to every practice she was employed in. Her focus and strength was on each practice’s hygiene program and applied lasting formulas for substantial growth without fail.
When deciding to relocate to Southern California from Northern California she was drawn back to Fortune and followed her dream to be part of the Fortune team. As a coach Debbie brings her experience to show doctors how to bridge the front and back offices to create an environment that solidifies a culture of that 5 star service that she strives for. It is her passion to guide her clients to be the best CEO for their practices and create a staff driven practice that enables them to truly enjoy the fruits of their labor. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family having back yard BBQ pool parties. She also enjoys taking the kids to the beach to enjoy ocean waves with their boogie boards.
