Emily Kain

Her illustrious career in dentistry began over 20 years ago as a chairside assistant working in a small, single-doctor practice. Over the years she progressed into diverse positions within the highest segment of the dental industry.  Her professional experience provides a 360-degree view of what it takes to run a successful practice and to coach it to the fullest potential. Vast experience led her to serve as VP of Operations for a prominent multi-location practice group. As Operational Officer of a multi-specialty practice, which included one of the top producing locations in Texas, Emily managed diverse teams, including general dentistry, orthodontics, and various other specialties. Her greatest strength was coordinating these to align with the practice’s vision to deliver exceptional, quality patient care. As the Director of Operations for another group, Emily merged two separate practices into a new entity. Through implementing expert processes, she provided sound operational structure, efficiency, and tremendous profitability.  

At the top of her career, Emily became business owner of a dental consulting company. Here she learned first-hand what it takes to develop a business plan and to execute it to success. She has also worked in transitions helping doctors make sound business moves for exponential growth.
