Janine Randazzo, DMD, has been practicing dentistry since 1998. After graduating from Tufts School of Dental Medicine, she spent 3 years on active duty in the US Army. In the military, she learned about teamwork, leadership, and accountability. Dr. Randazzo is a Pride Leadership Institute alumni and has a passion for learning and has taken hundreds of continuing education classes on the business of dentistry along with improving her clinical skills. She worked as a dental assistant for 7 years during her training, and as a hygienist and an associate dentist in private practice and corporate dentistry.
Janine bought her first dental practice in 2008 and 2 subsequent practices in 2015 and merged them into one. Over her career and she has learned many successful techniques to help improve efficiency, build a strong cohesive team, and run a profitable business. She has consistently run a million dollar + practice on 4 doctor days doing bread and butter dentistry.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, running, and regularly attends the theater. Sharing her successes and failures over the years, to help other dentists and teams achieve all they hope for professionally and personally is very important to her. Dr. Randazzo is very excited to be part of the Fortune family and can’t wait to make a difference.
