Jennifer started her career as an Expanded Dental assistant 24 years ago and was fortunate to work in a practice that utilized Fortune Coaching. She recognized the skills taught by Fortune created highly successful and effective dental teams. In her career, Jennifer has worked alongside successful dentists performing high quality, comprehensive care, leading large dental teams, and running highly profitable dental businesses and she became passionate about the business of dentistry. When Jennifer decided to explore new opportunities outside of direct clinical care, she knew that Fortune would be a perfect fit for her to continue utilizing her unique dental perspective and dental knowledge to help guide practices to achieve their extraordinary vision and goals.
Jennifer feels honored to have had a career that helps people achieve health and their very best selves and cannot wait to continue that with coaching teams to do the same. As a coach, she believes in a mindset of leadership and C.A.N.I. should spread throughout the office so that team goals and success are reached together.
Jennifer is a Graduate of the University of Colorado with a B.A. in Psychology. She spent 6+ years as a client of Fortune and participated in several other Personal Development and Coaching programs. She believes that personal accountability and constant growth are necessary to achieve extraordinary success.
Jennifer is a Colorado native. She enjoys cooking and enjoying all that Colorado offers and sharing those adventures with her family and friends.
