Early on in her career, Katie realized the endless growth opportunities in the dental industry and developed a deep passion for helping dentists grow not only their businesses, but also the people within the practice. Her coaching focus is to help dentists fully grasp the emotional and logical components of making sound business decisions while creating team driven practices. Her experience managing successful dental practices allows Katie to bring a relatable and friendly spirit to her clients.
