Marla Tillery
Marla Tillery comes to Fortune with over thirty-two years of clinical and business expertise. She has had the unique opportunity to learn the business of dentistry from many different perspectives, working in a wide variety of roles in the dental practice including: Registered Dental Assistant, Oral Surgery Assistant, Registered Dental Hygienist, Practice Manager, and Practice Consultant. After years of working as a Registered Dental Hygienist caring for her patients, it became necessary for her to step into a management role in the practice. During her time in office management, she helped the practice grow from a yearly production of $360,000 to over $2,000,000. The owner of the practice delegated all duties related to managing and running the business to her which gave her a clear understanding of the challenges and pressures that dentists experience daily in their own practices. After being introduced to Fortune and the amazing outcome that their coaching has on dental practices she knew that she was meant to help other dentists and their teams discover and implement the life-changing results that Fortune brings to a team and a dental practice.
