Brian first entered the dental field in 2006 after founding a financial technology company and has worked with over 600 practices nationwide, helping to increase profitability and grow their annualized collections in excess of $180 million dollars.

After 16 years with a successful technology company, Mark spent the last decade with Patterson Dental building high performance teams to support the dental professional. As a trusted leader holding positions of General Manager, Region Manager, and Vice President, Mark has continuously elevated teams to successful outcomes. In his career, Mark has led highly profitable business units which included P&L responsibilities with annual revenues of $60 million and multiple business units with $250 million annual revenue. As an empowering facilitator who gets results, Mark believes in a team approach with a clear vision and accountability for each team member’s role and responsibilities to drive growth and profitability.
