Brian has always had a passion for studying and understanding the human behavioral patterns that lead to exceptional performance. He has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and is a Certified Executive Coach from the Columbia Business School. Brian first entered the dental field in 2006 after founding a financial technology company and has worked with over 600 practices nationwide, helping to increase profitability and grow their annualized collections in excess of $180 million dollars.
Brian joined Fortune to help support practices far beyond financials. Thriving practices need not only strong management and clinical skills, but also the ability to communicate these to patients and amongst the team. His high energy and humor help entertain while educating.
As a Managing Partner at Fortune, Brian specializes in helping doctors define their unique vision for their ideal practice, then supporting them in achieving it. Outside of helping create extraordinary practices, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and two children Brian and Victoria.
