For the last 10 years, Michael has been the Zookeeper at Dee for Dentist, one of the leading digital dental practices in Southern Nevada. Since 2015, Michael has been a client of Fortune. Under his leadership, the practice thrived during the pandemic allowing Michael to step out of day-to-day practice operations and follow his passion of coaching other dental practices.

Katie Burkett is the Managing Partner and Executive Coach for Fortune Practice Management Oklahoma. For the last 15 years, she has dedicated her professional life to the field of dentistry. Early on in her career, Katie realized the endless growth opportunities in the dental industry and developed a deep passion for helping dentists grow not only their businesses, but also the people within the practice. Her coaching focus is to help dentists fully grasp the emotional and logical components of making sound business decisions while creating team driven practices. Her experience managing successful dental practices allows Katie to bring a relatable and friendly spirit to her clients. She is committed to developing and implementing innovative ways to promote growth and opportunities for the practice and team.
