For over 20 years, Kim has been coaching dentists and their teams to achieve extraordinary results in their personal and professional lives. Kim also has a deep understanding of the business of dentistry and how to run and grow a successful, profitable practice. Passionate about personal growth and professional development, Kim’s coaching has people become their best selves. In addition to her role as an Executive Coach for clients in Colorado and Arizona, Kim serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Fortune. In this role, Kim oversees the professional growth and training of the over 120 executive coaches across the country that serve the Fortune client family. Kim helps to develop the in-house and live seminar Fortune Program - the most comprehensive, full-immersion program offered in dentistry.

Kim is an energetic speaker, coach, and podcaster. She is passionate about the evolution of dentistry and the preservation of private practice. She lives in Denver, CO with her husband, Kevin, and their energetic kids, Riley and Stella. She loves to ski, travel, exercise, be outdoors and is a lifelong learner.
